บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาออกแบบ และสร้างตู้อบพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์จากแผ่น โพลีคาร์บอเนตและเพื่อทดสอบประสิทธิภาพการอบเนื้อหมูด้วยพลังงานจากแสงอาทิตย์ ตู้อบแสงอาทิตย์ ถูกออกแบบเป็นรูปสี่เหลี่ยมผืนผ้าด้วยขนาดความจุ 60 x 120 x 220 เซนติเมตร ตู้อบแสงอาทิตย์ถูกทำขึ้นจากแผ่นโพลีคาร์บอเนตใสเพื่อเก็บความร้อน ด้านบนของตู้อบแสงอาทิตย์ถูกออกแบบเป็นรูปทรงพาราโบล่าคว่ำเพื่อใช้รับแสงจากดวงอาทิตย์ ผลจากการทดลองพบว่าเนื้อหมู จำนวน 1 กิโลกรัม สามารถทำให้แห้งได้ภายในเวลา 1 วัน โดยใช้เวลา 8 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน ค่าอุณหภูมิเฉลี่ยใน 1 วัน ภายในตู้อบแสงอาทิตย์เท่ากับ 48.04 ซึ่งมากกว่าภายนอกตู้อบแสงอาทิตย์ที่มีค่าของอุณหภูมิ เท่ากับ 37.02 ความชื้นของเนื้อหมูภายในตู้อบแสงอาทิตย์เท่ากับร้อยละ 65.02 ซึ่งน้อยกว่าภายนอกตู้อบแสงอาทิตย์ที่มีค่าความชื้นเท่ากับร้อยละ 69.43 และมีค่าความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญยิ่งทางสถิติ (P ≤ 0.01) คำสาคัญ : เนื้อหมู ตู้อบพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ แผ่นโพลีคาร์บอเนต

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to study, design and construct a solar oven made from polycarbonate sheets, and to test pork meats drying performance of the solar oven. The solar oven was designed in rectangle shape with its volume of 60×120×220 cm³. It was made from polycarbonate sheets for keeping heat. On the light. The experimental results revealed that the pork meats in 1 kg could be dried using the solar oven. under 8 hr. in a day. The average temperature in a day inside the solar oven of 48.04 °C was higher than that outside the solar oven of 37.02 °C. Like wise, the average pork meats humidity in a day inside the solar oven of 65.02 was less than outside the solar oven of 69.43 This has significantly the statistic different value at the level of 0.05 Keyword : Pork meats, Solar oven made, polycarbonate sheets
