บทคัดย่อ

ในการรับซื้อ – ขาย ผลผลิตทางการเกษตร ปัญหาที่พบบ่อยครั้ง คือ เกษตรกรต้องโทรไปสอบถามผู้ที่จะรับซื้อ หรือไปดูกระดานที่มีการติดประกาศรับซื้อไว้ ทำให้มีความยุ่งยากและเสียเวลา และมีการตกลงราคาแล้ว พอนำผลผลิตไปขายจริงกลับขายได้ในอีกราคา เกษตรกรบางรายจำใจต้องยอมขายผลผลิตในราคาที่ต่ำเพราะถ้าขนย้ายกลับก็ยิ่งทำให้ขาดทุนเพิ่มมากขึ้น ดังนั้นผู้วิจัยจึงมีแนวคิดที่จะพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันช่วยในการตัดสินใจ ซื้อ – ขาย ผลผลิตทางการเกษตรของเกษตรกรในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานีขึ้น เพื่อเป็นการเพิ่มช่องทางด้านการตลาดของเกษตรกร และทำให้พ่อค้ามีความสะดวกในการค้นหาผลผลิตทางการเกษตรที่มีคุณภาพได้ อีกทั้งเกษตรกรก็สามารถค้นหาพ่อค้าที่รับซื้อในราคาที่พึงพอใจได้เช่นกัน ระบบนี้จะช่วยให้ทั้งพ่อค้าและเกษตรกรประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทางไปซื้อ-ขาย ผลผลิตทางการเกษตรได้เป็นอย่างดี ผู้วิจัยใช้โปรแกรมภาษา PHP ในการพัฒนา เพื่อแสดงผลการประกาศ ซื้อ-ขาย ผลผลิตทางการเกษตร ใช้โปรแกรม Eclipse ในการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อ ตรวจสอบราคา ซื้อ-ขาย ผลผลิตทางการเกษตร ดูแผนที่ และเปรียบเทียบความคุ้มค่า ใช้โปรแกรม MySQL ในการออกแบบฐานข้อมูล มีการกำหนดสิทธิ์ผู้ใช้ออกเป็น 4 สิทธิ์ คือ ผู้ดูแลระบบ เกษตรกร เจ้าของกิจการ และผู้ใช้งานทั่วไป สามารถดาวโหลดแอปพลิเคชันลงในมือถือ แท็บแล็ต หรือสมาร์ทโฟน ที่มีระบบปฎิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ เนื่องจากฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์มีอยู่ค่อนข้างแตกต่างกันจากอุปกรณ์อื่น ในการพัฒนาโปรแกรม Mobile Apps ต้องเขียนโปรแกรมน้อยสามภาษาโปรแกรม (Java, Objective C และ C #) อย่างน้อยห้าเฟรมเวิร์ค การพัฒนาที่เป็นที่นิยม คือ Android, iOS, BlackBerry, Windows, Symbian อุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่จำนวนน้อยช่วยให้สามารถพัฒนาอุปกรณ์ได้โดยตรง (Pressman, 2010) ผลการทดสอบการใช้แอปพลิเคชันระบบช่วยในการตัดสินใจ ซื้อ – ขาย ผลผลิตทางการเกษตรของเกษตรกรในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จำนวน 70 คน แบ่งเป็น ผู้ดูแลระบบ จำนวน 5 คน ผู้รับซื้อผลผลิตทางการเกษตร จำนวน 5 คน และ เกษตรกร จำนวน 60 คน พบว่า มีความพึงพอใจเฉลี่ยคิดเป็นร้อยละ 90 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คำสำคัญ: แอปพลิเคชั่น, ผลผลิตทางการเกษตร, จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี

Abstract

According to the problem of agricultural products trading, the common problem is that farmers have to call to ask the buyer or to see the forums posted by the byer. This makes a difficult and time consuming. Moreover, the price of selling is differ from the previous acceptance. Some farmers are reluctant to sell their products at lower prices, because they will lose more for transportation of moving back. In the meanwhile, the buyer also needs to know about the source of agricultural products and the price that famers want to sell. Therefore, this research proposes an application of agricultural products trading to support the farmers in Ubon Ratchathani Province for increasing the marketing share. Besides, this makes it easy for merchants to find quality agricultural products. Finally, the farmers also look for merchants who are willing to buy at a satisfactory price. This system will support both traders and farmers to save money on transportation of the trading agricultural products.The PHP language used as a tool for developing the agricultural products transaction. The Eclipse is applied for developing an application of checking the price of trading, map and comparing the price. Finally, the database design by using MySQL. There are four user levels as Administrators, Farmers, Merchants and General Users. The application can be download for Tablet or Smart phone which is Android OS. Because the Hardware and Software available are quite different from device to device. more difficult Many development Frameworks and programming languages. Mobile Apps are currently being written in at least three distinct programming languages (Java, Objective C, and C#) for at least five popular development frameworks (Android, iOS, BlackBerry, Windows, Symbian) Very few mobile devices allow direct development on a device itself. (Pressman, 2010) The Results of testing the application of decision support of agricultural trading products by the 70 samples, which is composed of the 5 Administrators, the 5 Merchants and the 60 Farmers, found that the average satisfaction was 90 Percent in the Highest Level.
