บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ของเพื่อศึกษาระดับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเกษตรกรกับผู้ซื้อโดยการสร้างตัวชี้วัดในมิติของการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและการวางแผนร่วมกันการจัดสรรทรัพยากรและผลประโยชน์และความไว้วางใจและความมุ่งมั่นเก็บรวมข้อมูลแบบหลายขั้นตอนจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและแบบสอบถามและนำตัวชี้วัดมาเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อวิเคราะห์เชิงเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะอย่างเป็นระบบระหว่างเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวโพดหวาน 2 กลุ่มในระบบส่งเสริมการเกษตรโดยเจ้าหน้าที่ของโรงงานและระบบการจัดซื้อจัดหาโดยผู้รวบรวมวัตถุดิบผลการศึกษาพบว่าเกษตรกรกลุ่มที่ปลูกข้าวโพดหวานในระบบการส่งเสริมการเกษตรกับโรงงานมีระดับความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ส่งมอบวัตถุดิบในด้านการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและการวางแผนร่วมกันและความไว้วางใจและความมุ่งมั่นที่ดีกว่าแต่มีระดับความสัมพันธ์ความร่วมมือด้านการจัดสรรทรัพยากรและผลประโยชน์ต่ำกว่าเกษตรกรในระบบการจัดซื้อจัดหาโดยผู้รวบรวมวัตถุดิบ คำสำคัญ : สายโซ่อุปทาน ความสัมพันธ์ สมรรถนะ ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง ข้าวโพดหวาน

Abstract

The objectives of this research was to examine the level of farmer-buyer relationship in establishing the eight indicators of information sharing and planning collaboration, the seven indicators of resource and benefit allocation, and the seven indicators of trust and commitment. In-depth interview and questionnaire were applied for data collection. In addition, all indicators were used to analyse a process benchmarking of two sampled groups of farmers consisting of a group engaging through the agricultural extension brokers system(BKS). The findings revealed that the farmers who grew sweet corn based on the AES had a better level of relationship in terms of information sharing and planning collaboration, as well as trust and commitment. However, the level of resource and benefit allocation was lower than the farmers engaging in trading through BKS. Keywords : Supply chain, Relationship, Performance, Stakeholder, Sweet corn
