บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษานี้เพื่อต้องการศึกษาผลของตำแหน่งกิ่งพันธุ์บนลำต้นแม่ ที่มีต่อการเจริญเติบโตของกิ่งพันธุ์ฟ้าทะลายโจรที่แตกต่างจำนวน 3 พันธุ์ วางแผนการทดลองแบบ split plot มีจำนวน 4 ซ้ำ Main plot ได้แก่ ฟ้าทะลายโจร 3 พันธุ์ คือพันธุ์ปราจีนบุรี พิษณุโลก 5-4 และพิจิตร 4-4 ส่วน sub plot ประกอบด้วย กิ่งพันธุ์ 3 ชนิด บนลำต้นแม่ ซึ่งได้แก่ บริเวณโคนลำต้น บริเวณกลางลำต้น และบริเวณยอดของลำต้น ตามลำดับ ผลจากการทดลองชี้ให้เห็นว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญของลักษณะทางการเจริญเติบโต เนื่องมาจากลักษณะของพันธุ์ที่แตกต่างกัน ฟ้าทะลายโจรพันธุ์ปราจีนบุรีมีการเจริญเติบโตทางลำต้นและรากมากที่สุด แตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (P≤0.05) กับพันธุ์พิษณุโลก 5-4 และพิจิตร 4-4 ตำแหน่งของกิ่งพันธุ์บนลำต้นแม่ มีผลต่อการเจริญเติบโตของฟ้าทะลายโจร กิ่งพันธุ์ที่ได้จากบริเวณส่วนยอด มีการเจริญเติบโตมากที่สุด และแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ จากกิ่งพันธุ์ที่ได้จากบริเวณตรงกลางและโคนลำต้นของต้นแม่ นอกจากนี้ไม่พบสหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพันธุ์และตำแหน่งของกิ่งพันธุ์บนลำต้น อย่างไรก็ตาม กิ่งพันธุ์บริเวณยอดของลำต้นของพันธุ์ปราจีนบุรี สามารถนำมาใช้แนะนำในการขยายพันธุ์ฟ้าทะลายโจรโดยใช้กิ่งพันธุ์ได้ คำสำคัญ: พันธุ์ ตำแหน่งกิ่งพันธุ์ การเจริญเติบโต ความแตกต่างของพันธุ์ฟ้าทะลายโจร

Abstract

The study was conducted to investigate the effects of stem cutting position along the mother plants on growth cutting of different Kalmegh cultivars. A split plot experiment in a randomize completely block design with four replications was employed. The main plot was three Kalmegh cultivars (Pachinburi, Phisanulok 5-4 and Phichit 4-4) and sub plot consisted of three types of position of stem cutting, namely basal, middle, and top cutting, respectively. The results obtained indicate that the significant differences on growth characteristics may have occurred due to variation in varietal characteristics. Prachinburi had the highest root and shoot growth significantly different (P≤0.05) from Phisanulok 5-4 and Phichit 4-4. The position of stem cuttings along the mother plants significantly affected on growth of Kalmegh. Stem cuttings from the top had the highest growth and was significantly different from stem cuttings collected from the middle and base of the mother plants. In addition, there were not significantly interaction between cultivars and cutting positions. However, top cutting position from Prachinburi cultivar can be recommended for propagation Kalmegh using stem cuttings. Keywords: cultivars, cutting positions, growth, Kalmegh
